C-IN Organizes the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators Conference in Prague

The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) Conference will be held in Prague from April 24th to 26th, 2023, and C-IN will organize it at the Prague Congress Centre (PCC). EARMA is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting research management and administration across Europe, and the conference is expected to bring together more than 1200 participants.

The theme of the conference is “Widening and Deepening of the RMA Profession,” which covers both geographic and professional widening and deepening. The event aims to widen the inclusion of European countries with emerging research and innovation systems, as well as to deepen the professional development of research managers and administrators in Europe and beyond. EARMA’s Head of Communication, Nyle Lennon, says that Prague is an ideal location to connect with members of the community from parts of Europe that may not normally have the opportunity to attend events.

C-IN, a Czech firm that specializes in organizing congresses, conferences, and meetings worldwide, is working as EARMA’s local destination management company for the event. The company will manage all local services connected to the EARMA 2023 Congress, including social events, hotels, tours, and key suppliers providing catering, audiovisual, and exhibition services to the Prague Congress Centre. EARMA’s Head of Communication praises C-IN’s team as complete professionals with remarkable ICT, visual presentation, and client relationship management skills, and recommends them for their ability to find quick solutions to issues that may arise during the event.

C-IN’s experience in managing international events over the past two decades, coupled with EARMA’s experience in hosting European conferences, makes C-IN a reliable and valued partner for organizing the EARMA Conference. According to C-IN’s project manager, Rowen Slocombe, being based in Prague is one of the many advantages of organizing such an event. The city has great transport links, excellent hospitality, and is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, making it an ideal location for the conference.

EARMA’s early bird registration for the conference is open until February 17th. Those who register early will benefit from lower registration fees. With C-IN’s expertise and EARMA’s experience, the conference promises to be a success, offering participants an opportunity to network, learn, and share knowledge and experience in research management and administration. C-IN is a Core Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), with over 1000 successful projects to their name, and they are well-suited to organizing events of any size or location.
