We inform that the post of the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine from October 28, 2022 No. 1220 were amended to the Order of issuing, issuing, exchange, forwarding, removal, return to the state, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for abroad (PGUVK).

Yes, in the period of martial law, in particular, there is the possibility and order of transferring a foreign passport from the place of order in Ukraine in the territorial body / unit of the DMS of Ukraine to the foreign diplomatic institution (ZDU). Applicants-citizens of Ukraine who have expressed their desire to receive the PGUVK issued earlier in the territorial body / unit of the DMS of Ukraine, and then the consular employees have to follow the following steps:

The applicant addresses the ZDU with a Statement https://bit.ly/3uUFTIk about the issuance of the PGUVK, which has already been issued in the DMS. It should be borne in mind that the PGUVK will be delivered by diplomatic mail, and the delivery time will be from 3 months (given the peculiarities of the situation in Ukraine and the effect of the military regime).

ZDU sends a copy of the passport application along with a cover letter to the territorial authority/territorial unit of the DMS (via a special communication system).

The territorial authority / unit of the DMS sends the PSUVK together with a copy of the statement questionnaire and the act of acceptance-transfer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, which generalizes and accumulates the mentioned materials across the world and organizes their delivery to the ZU.

The opportunity to submit to ZDU applications for delivery and issuance of PGUVKs issued in the territorial authority / subdivision of the DMS is scheduled every Thursday during the working day from 9:00 to 11:40 am. and from 13:00 to 3:40 pm. (without an online registration).
