The mentioned event was organized on the initiative of the Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalization and the Minister of Regional Development of the Czech Republic Ivan Bartosz, as part of a number of measures carried out by the Czech side to support Ukraine in the fight against the Russian aggressor.

The participants were presented with a video address by the Vice Prime Minister, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov, in which he expressed his gratitude to the Czech Republic for solidarity and assistance provided, and reaffirmed the readiness to continue close cooperation of both states in the IT field, including in the framework of the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Temporary trustee in affairs of Ukraine in the Czech Republic Vitaliy Usaty informed participants about the current state of affairs in Ukraine and expressed gratitude for the consistent support of the Government of the Czech Republic in the fight against the ongoing Russian aggression. At the same time, Vitaly Usaty appealed to business circles, including representatives of the IT sector, calling for their active involvement in Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction projects.
