Day 30. in May, the chargé d’affaires Vitalij Usatij, the Council of the Embassy Valeriy Demianec and the First Secretary Andriy Kolesničenko at the invitation of the Governor of the Olomouc Region Hejtman Josef Suchánek made a regional trip to meet the leadership of the Olomowc Region and to participate in the business forum on the restoration of Ukraine.

During the meeting with the Governor of the Olomouc Region Josef Suchanek, they discussed the provision of humanitarian assistance, but also on further development of interregional cooperation and the establishment of partnership between the cities of Ukraine and the Czech Republic. As a result of the meeting, it was agreed that in the near future joint events will be organized to facilitate direct contacts between cities and business circles of Ukraine and the Czech Republic.

Charge d’affaires appeared before participants of the business forum and answered questions from representatives of leading regional companies. Vitaliy Usaty pointed out the importance of coordinating the efforts of state and local authorities, as well as business circles of both countries, and in the field of cooperation between business countries to establish effective bilateral cooperation for the recovery of Ukraine. In this context, he emphasized the readiness of the embassy to help Czech companies in establishing business contacts and implementing joint business projects to restore the destroyed infrastructure of our country.

On May 30, Temporary Trustee Vitaly Usaty, Embassy Adviser Valery Demyanets and First Secretary Andriy Kolesnichenko at the invitation of the gateman of the Olomoutk Krai Joseph Sukhanka made a regional trip, in which they held a meeting with the leadership of the Olomutk Krai and participated in a business forum on the reconstruction of Ukraine.

During the meeting with the gateman of the Olomoutk region Joseph Sukhankem, the issue of providing humanitarian assistance, as well as further development of interregional cooperation and the establishment of partnership between the cities of Ukraine and the Czech Republic were discussed. According to the results of the meeting, it was agreed to organize joint events in the near future in order to help establish direct contacts between cities and business circles of Ukraine and the Czech Republic.

The interim trustee spoke to participants of the business forum and answered questions from representatives of leading regional companies. Vitaly Usaty noted the importance of coordinating the efforts of state authorities and local self-government bodies, as well as the business circles of both countries on arranging effective bilateral cooperation in the framework of the reconstruction of Ukraine. In this context, the Embassy’s readiness was emphasized in all ways to assist Czech companies in establishing business contacts and implementing joint business projects in the recovery of our country’s ruined infrastructure.
