Fuel prices in Czech Republic reach all-time low since start of Russian invasion

Fuel prices in the Czech Republic have continued to decline, with petrol now at its cheapest in 11 months. According to recent data, the average price of a liter of Natural 95 petrol is CZK 36.14, while diesel is currently averaging CZK 37.69 per liter, the lowest it has been since the end of February.

This drop in fuel prices comes after a year of record highs in the Czech Republic, largely influenced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Petrol prices reached their peak at the end of July and beginning of August, with an average price of almost CZK 48 per liter. Diesel prices were highest in mid-March, with an average cost of almost CZK 49.60 per liter.
