Job Description

Organising and maintaining the reception room

Greeting visitors and clients

Receiving Visas and responding to questions regarding the visa process

Booking travel and accommodations arrangements, etc.

Dealing with incoming calls, emails, and post

Diplomatic Pouch work and post send-outs

– Assisting Korean diplomats in liaising with Czech Counterparts and other stakeholders as well as drafting working documents

– Supporting and working closely with the embassy staff in the administrative section

Desirable qualifications and experience

– Good interpersonal skills, high-standard of work ethics, good and responsible teamwork

– Proficiency in English, Czech, if applicable Korean

– IT skills

– Work experiences or academic degree

Further Information:

Full time, one year contract (renewal to be considered by good performance),

Monthly salary : around 1,700 USD / Bonus : around 1,700 USD a year

Employer ‘s portion of Social and Health insurance

Trial period : up to three months

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 08:00~17:00(12:00-13:00 lunch time)
