Multimedia exhibition ‘Ukrainian Renaissance’ to be held in Prague’s Galerie Lapidárium

The Galerie Lapidárium in Prague is set to host a two-week-long exhibition called “Ukrainian Renaissance,” which aims to showcase iconic Ukrainian artists and their unique imagery, metaphors, and profound philosophy. The exhibition will run from April 4th to 18th and will feature works by renowned Ukrainian artists such as Volodymyr Garbuz, Oksana Fursa, Serhiy Popov, Volodymyr Kamynin, and Vitaliy Vlasenko.

The project aims to present a platform to highlight the diverse art forms of Ukraine, including sculptures, paintings, photography, and other media. The exhibition will be curated by Oksana Fursa, a Ukrainian artist, and Vadym Krechmar, a Ukrainian artist and art historian. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine will support the project.

The vernissage, which is an event where an art exhibition is previewed before its public opening, will take place on April 4th at 18:00. The exhibition will be open to the public from April 5th to 18th, from 12:00 to 18:00. The admission fee is 100 CZK, and children under 18 years of age can enter for free. The exhibition will be held at Galerie Lapidárium, Rámová 735/6, Praha 1.
