Prague Airport Introduces New Dining Concepts for Travelers

Prague Airport has introduced new dining concepts to enhance the travel experience of its passengers. The airport announced that Lagardère Travel Retail won the concession tender to operate Natoo and Bottega Prosecco Bar & Restaurant. Natoo will offer healthier versions of fast food, along with fresh juices and salads, while Bottega Prosecco Bar & Restaurant will provide exclusive dining inspired by Italy. The restaurant will feature selected appetizers, main courses, and desserts, paired in the Perfect Match style with wines from leading Italian winemakers. In addition to these establishments, Costa Coffee, PAUL bakery, and local Bageterie Boulevard are also available for travelers. Lagardère Travel Retail will operate 14 units representing 11 gastronomic concepts at the airport.

Prague Airport aims to prioritize passenger satisfaction by providing the best possible products and services. According to František Kachlík, director of commercial activities at Prague Airport, “We have set the parameters of the tender to achieve the largest possible selection of gastronomy establishments, satisfying every traveler’s preferences. All new concepts and future openings of all establishments are evidence of this.” The airport understands that travelers do not perceive their time at the airport in isolation but as part of their journey from home to their destination. Therefore, it works with well-known local concepts and brands that have made their mark globally, as stated by Richard Procházka, CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail.

This development comes as the aviation industry is slowly recovering from the pandemic’s impact, which caused significant travel restrictions worldwide. The gradual return of air travel has brought about the need to enhance airport services and facilities to cater to the growing number of passengers. The new dining concepts are part of Prague Airport’s efforts to improve its offerings and provide passengers with a better travel experience.

In conclusion, Prague Airport’s introduction of new dining concepts is a significant step towards enhancing its services and improving the overall travel experience of its passengers. With well-known local concepts and brands operating in the airport, travelers will have a diverse selection of dining options to choose from, satisfying their preferences and needs. As air travel continues to recover, airports must prioritize passenger satisfaction by providing quality services and facilities to attract more travelers.
