Prague: Smartwings with five new summer destinations

In the 2024 summer flight schedule, the Czech airline Smartwings will offer its own scheduled flights between Prague and Izmir.

These are scheduled to begin on May 30, 2024. Initially, the operation has been announced for the Monday and Thursday traffic days with Boeing 737-800. Flight QS1198 departs from Prague Vaclav Havel Airport at 19:00 p.m. and arrives in Izmir at 22:35 p.m. local time. The return flight QS1199 from Izmir to Prague departs at 23:25 local time and arrives at Vaclav Havel Airport at 01:10 after midnight the following day.

Other new destinations in the Smartwings summer flight schedule include:

  • Ponta Delgada (Azores Islands, from April 15, two direct flights per week from Prague)
  • Izmir (Türkiye, from May 30th, twice weekly from Prague)
  • Athens (Greece, from May 31st, twice weekly from Prague)
  • Toast (Italy, from June 3rd, twice weekly from Prague)
  • La Palma (fifth largest island in the Canary Archipelago, from June 4th, once a week from Prague)
