On the 6th October 2022, the Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer, during his visit to Prague in occasion of the European Political Community, has participated to a reception at the Residence of the Austrian Ambassador. The European Political Community is a new platform, created after the initiative of the French President Macron, bringing together leaders from 44 countries, EU member States and other European countries to discuss current issues central to the Continent. The currently on-going war in Ukraine, the energy crisis and the climate have been topics at the center of the discussions . The Organisation “Vereinigung der Österreicher in Tschechien” (Union of Austrians in the Czech Republic ) has organised the event for its members and some other selected guests . The Chancellor Nehammer has talked about current European issues and about the experiences of Austrian living in the Czech Republic
