Snow tongues, drifts, and wind complicate life for drivers across the Czech Republic

Heavy snowfall and strong winds have caused difficulties for drivers across the Czech Republic. Meteorologists have warned of snowdrifts and snow tongues, which have made some roads impassable.

The winds have also caused visibility problems, making it harder for drivers to see the road ahead. The snowfall and winds have also caused disruptions to transportation, with many flights and trains being cancelled or delayed. The Czech Republic’s Road and Motorway Directorate have issued a warning to drivers, asking them to be cautious and to adjust their speed to the road conditions.

They also advise drivers to be prepared for delays and to check the latest weather and road conditions before setting out on their journey.
