The weather is warming up to 22 degrees
The weather this week will be changeable. While it will be colder at the beginning of the week, a warmer temperature will arrive on Wednesday, meteorologist Dagmar Honsová said.
“Clouds and precipitation will decrease from Tuesday. An area of high air pressure will flow over our territory, and on Wednesday, warm air will start to flow towards us from the southwest. The highest temperatures in the second half of the week will climb to 22 degrees,” Honsová noted.
Clouds will remain variable on Monday, but cloudy to partly cloudy skies will prevail. Rain or showers are expected mainly in the north of the territory, otherwise only sporadically. Afternoon temperatures will reach a maximum of 12 to 16 degrees.
Tuesday will be cloudy, with showers in places. Clouds will diminish during the afternoon, with partly cloudy skies in places. Fog will form sporadically in the morning. Morning temperatures will drop to 8 to 4 degrees. Daytime temperatures will climb to 13 to 17 degrees.
Wednesday will bring the coldest morning of the week, with isolated ground frosts possible. Morning temperatures will drop to 3 degrees. Otherwise, we’re looking at partly cloudy to clear skies, but temperatures are expected to reach between 16 and 20 degrees in the afternoon.
Thursday will be partly cloudy or clear, with isolated clouds and showers possible in the north. Morning temperatures will drop to 9 to 5 degrees. The afternoon will be warm, with thermometers expected to read 18 to 22 degrees.
Friday will be partly cloudy or nearly clear, with showers and increased cloud cover possible again in the north. Morning temperatures will be between 10 and 6 degrees, with afternoon highs expected to be between 15 and 19 degrees.
The weekend will bring similarly pleasant temperatures to the second half of the week, with showers possible in places on Sunday.
